Return Policy/Exchange Policy
All of our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. You should receive your order in excellent condition. If for any reason, you receive damaged or defective merchandise, we will promptly replace it. *
Authorized returns are accepted for store credit/exchange only within 14 days of receipt. No refunds. Store credits are valid for 90 days. Exchanges after 14 days will not be accepted.
All exchanges must be authorized. Please email sales@VintageBelts.com for authorization and instructions.
There is a 10% restocking fee associated with ALL exchanges unless item received was defective.
Returned items must be in brand new condition.

Shipping charges for exchanges are the customers’ responsibility and will not be reimbursed unless the item received is damaged. Any exchange credit granted will be less shipping & handling charges
All exchanges (including gift purchases) may only be made for item(s) of equal or greater value, and from the same designer.
We recommend that you send the package back via traceable carrier; this will provide you with recourse on your package, as we do not accept the responsibility of insuring the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to VintageBelts.com.. We can only accept responsibility for packages shipped from our locations.
*Please note that items ordered on vintage leather will show wear that varies and is normal. Belts ordered on vintage leather are considered custom and are not returnable.
